2021 was a year of growth for us. Thank you for helping us not just survive, but continue building our vision during such difficult and high need times. We welcomed 15 new women and their families to our community, founded an organizing collective with our alumni, and tripled our sales, ensuring sustainability for the long term. But it was also, and most importantly, a year of transformation. We committed to becoming an organization truly led by and for the community we serve. That is why we restructured our board, created a curriculum aimed at building community power, and shifted to a co-Director model.Â
